1.If you were famous what would your stage name be?
After negotiating with my alarm...twice...I kiss my husband, and then it's off to yoga I go! I practice yoga everyday to center my thoughts, before the crazy day ahead. Starting every day with a clear mind helps me in business, relationships, and life in general.
2.If you would attend a celebrity wedding which, would it be?
Appreciative! I have the most amazing, supportive, understanding husband, and I am grateful every day that he chose me to spend his life with. Being able to spend this incredible year with him by my side is something I will treasure forever. Elliott, thanks for making me a Mrs.!
3.What is the weirdest gift you’ve ever received?
Illinois is a beautiful, diverse state. But I believe that “Sweet Home Chicago!” is a must see. From shopping on Michigan Ave. to ice skating in Millennium Park, Chicago will not disappoint. Don't leave without a having a REAL deep dish pizza, and you must choose...Cubs or Sox. Go Cubs!
4.What is the most random fact you know?
You cannot lose! It takes the utmost courage, confidence, grace, and dignity to stand on stage next to some of the most beautiful, intelligent women in the world. Even if you do not leave with a crown and sash, you can continue to inspire ALL women, and THAT is winning.
5.What is the one thing you’ll never do again?
My life has been blessed with so many incredible things, an amazing husband, a successful business, and the title of Mrs. Illinois International 2011! All of these create opportunities I’ll pursue. But in five years, I hope that the future holds parenthood!
