My guilty pleasure since I was a little girl has been my father’s buffalo hot chicken wings and my mother’s freshly cut curly fries. I would make them myself, but nothing tastes better than daddy’s cooking and sitting outside with mom’s famous sweet tea in the cool breeze. Now that’s what I call a real guilty pleasure.
I wear latex gloves when I pump my gas. Yes some may refer to me as a germ-a-phoebe, but do we know where the other hands that have touched that handle have really been? EWE!
Purple which means wealth, royalty and status with the greatest meaning of humility. This color encompasses who I am and who I will continue to be.
Biking! We were on a Lymphedema Awareness trip in California and my husband and I decided to take an adventure in the Santa Barbara Mountains, biking for the scenic views. Halfway down my bike hit a boulder, flipped me over and my bike went off the cliff. Thank goodness I was only left with a bruised ego and one who loses their bike. I still enjoy my favorite outdoor activity, just no on mountains.
